Welcome to the Girocamping PRO Congress. The congress specialized in the camping sector, which will hold its 8th edition on September 24, 2026.
The congress, organized by the Girona Campsites Association, will bring together representatives from all tourism sectors with a program that will include presentations and round tables focused on the current situation and challenges of the camping sector.
Attendance will be exclusive to tourism agents such as tourist accommodations, tourism companies, public tourism administration, etc. Participation of companies providing services to the tourism sector will be limited to those taking part with a networking space.

Last year, we took a further step in our commitment to sustainability for GirocampingPRO to be a more sustainable event that is aware of its environmental impact. For this reason, in collaboration with the Pioneers Of Our Time Foundation, we prepared a report on the individual carbon footprint generated by each attendee at the congress, and we offered the possibility to make a voluntary donation to offset this impact through the purchase of climate credits, which contribute to environmental and ecological transition projects.
Every activity we carry out—including events—generates carbon emissions. Being aware of this is the first step toward reducing them. We ask you to collaborate by optimizing resources as much as possible and carrying out initiatives such as carpooling, efficient use of taps, or waste separation during the day. In this way, together we can reduce the environmental impact of the event and promote a more sustainable congress model.
This event is a prominent celebration of the Girona camping sector, where companies, suppliers, and representatives from public administration will gather in an elegant and festive atmosphere.
During the gala, the Jaume Genover i Roig, Josep Suñé i Sabadí, Girocamping, and Camping of the Year awards are presented—recognitions granted by the Girona Campsites Association to celebrate outstanding achievements and excellence in the camping sector.

By car: From Barcelona or other locations, you can reach Lloret de Mar through the
C-32 motorway.
By train: From various train stations in Barcelona, you can reach Girona in about an
hour.
