La Generalitat premió ayer la trayectoria de tres empresarios y dos entidades de Girona con los Galardones del Turismo 2010. De las 23 distinciones totales, entre medallas y diplomas turísticos, la Generalitat distingue Jaume Genover, Mercè Portell,Hermenegildo Vilaseca con la medalla Turística, en el Instituto de Promoción Económica de Palafrugell y el Centro Skydive de Empuriabrava con el Diploma.
Jaume Genover ha dedicado su vida al mundo del camping y del turismo. A finales de los años 60 fue uno de los promotores de la Unión de Campings de Golf de Roses.En 1977 entró a formar parte de la Asociación de Campings de Girona, de la que fue presidente en 1987 y también ha presiditde la Federación Catalana de Campings.
La Generalitat va premiar ahir la trajectòria de tres empresaris i dues entitats de Girona amb els Guardons del Turisme 2010. De les 23 distincions totals, entre medalles i diplomes turístics, la Generalitat distingeix Jaume Genover, Mercè Portell, Hermenegild Vilaseca amb la medalla Turística, i a l’Institut de Promoció Econòmica de Palafrugell i el Centre Skydive d’Empuriabrava amb el Diploma.
Jaume Genover ha dedicat la seva vida al món del càmping i del turisme. A finals dels anys 60 fou un dels promotors de la Unió de Càmpings de Golf de Roses. L’any 1977 va entrar a formar part de l’Associació de Càmpings de Girona, de la que va ser president l’any 1987 i també ha presiditde la Federació Catalana de Càmpings.
The Government yesterday awarded the course of three businessmen and two entities of Girona with the Tourism Awards 2010. Of the 23 total awards, medals and diplomas from tourism, the Government distinguishes Mr. Jaume Genover , Ms. Mercè Portell, Mr. Hermenegildo Vilaseca and the Medal Travel, the Economic Development Institute and the Centre de Palafrugelland Skydive Empuriabrava with the Diploma.
Mr. Jaume Genover has dedicated his life to the world of camping and tourism. In the late 60’s he was one of the promoters of the Union of Roses Golf Camps. In 1977 he joined the Camping Association of Girona, where he was president in 1987 and has also presiditde the Catalan Federation of Camping.
